Our Journey

Founded in 2014 by Ryan Facer, an electrical engineer who worked repairing lab equipment in Leicester’s hospitals, as a family-run business, we launched with a clear mission: to deliver thorough, trustworthy Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) with the kind of personal service only a local family team can offer.

As word spread and our customer base grew across the Midlands, many clients in Leicester began asking whether we could also take care of their fire safety requirements. We listened, trained, and expanded our offering to include fire extinguisher servicing, fire alarm maintenance and professional fire risk assessments. Today, we’re proud to be a one-stop safety partner for hundreds of Leicester businesses and landlords, while never losing the close-knit, family approach that our customers value most.
